This is a vacation spot near Lake Tahoe. Lots of snow! Except in the summer, of course.

Oooh! I love Squaw! Did you get to ski or snowboard?
I got rescued by the ski patrol off Squaw's Mountain Run on my first-ever day skiing. My friend and I had asked a "helpful" lift operator if the run was easy enough for brand new skiers fresh off the bunny hill and he told us "Go fer it, dude."
I did learn to ski after that iffy start. Now I'm missing Squaw...we'll have to teach the Bunster to ski next winter!
I love the place Sara! Great snow and it's so clear and fresh. it was skiing for me! Unfortunately, It wasn't the same without my friends.
